Our agency is experiencing technical problems which affect both the PT and OT online renewal applications due to difficulties experienced by Texas.gov over the past week regarding Hosted Applications. As soon as the problem has been corrected, renewal applications dating back to 8/10/2018 will be imported and processed. If you submitted an online application for renewal on or after 8/10/2018, please do not submit a paper application to the agency.

As of 8/17/2018, online initial license and facility registration applications have been received that were submitted dating back to 8/10/2018. These applications are currently being processed. If you are applying for a PT or OT license and do not receive an email containg your applicant password by Tuesday, 8/21/2018, please contact our agency at 512-305-6900 and ask to speak to a licensing manager.

Updates on the situation will be posted.
