ECPTOTE updates the information on the website every business day. Issuance and renewal of licenses and facility registrations will appear on the website by noon on the next business day. ECPTOTE observes federal and state holidays.

Licensees may be verified by License Number, Last four digits of the Social Security Number AND Birthdate, or Last AND First Name combination (Partial names are allowed, i.e., J Brown). Select a search tab, enter the required information, and click the SUBMIT button. Instructions for printing a statement of licensure for display purposes are on the PT and OT search pages. |

Facility Registrations
Facility registration may be verified by Facility Name, Facility Registration Number, or City. Entering only the name of the City and no other criteria will result in a list of all registered PT and OT facilities in that city. Select a search tab, enter the required information, and click the SUBMIT button.
Facilities may print out a statement of registration for display purposes by using the Registration Number search.
